Building Brand Equity

· Understand and communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the customer

· Demonstrate interest, ability to work as part of a team and passion for the brand and our customers

Operational Excellence

· Accurately count the number of cartons/pallets of each incoming shipment day.

· Scan and count product daily; accurately receive/audit inbound product to minimize discrepancies.

· Enable in-depth knowledge of product and promotions to execute timely and efficient product pulls

· Execute processing, replenishment and backstocking in accordance with brand standards directives

· Provide adequate effort with attention to detail and staying focused on tasks.

· Effectively execute markdowns to ensure consistent product standards

· Perform basic sanitation assigned duties to ensure a clean environment.

· Participate in all relevant training and development programs and meetings as directed by store management.

Physical Requirements

· Standing for extended periods of time

· Able to lift boxes safely up to 50 pounds

· Comfortable climbing ladders

· Available to work store schedule, as needed, including day, evening and weekends and /or holidays

Knowledge and Skills

· Communication skills sufficient to communicate with co-workers; be able to be resourceful; to understand and respond to management inquiries.

· Basic addition, subtraction math concepts; problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines, efficiently and accurately

· Works well independently as well in a diverse team environment
