Traffic Control Business Development Specialist

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Ensure our customers and vendors receive outstanding support.
• Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
• Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
• Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
• Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
• Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
• Bidding, negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Partnering with management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
• Has a thorough understanding of service agreements and/or contracts including pricing, terms and reporting or bidding requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Must have 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role and managing teams.
• Preferably have traffic industry knowledge and/or state certification.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Must have a valid driver license to operate company equipment/vehicles.

• Occasional standing, walking and sitting
• Frequent stooping
• Frequent typing and repetitive motions of hands/wrists
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Work Environment:

This position generally requires 8 hours a day, if not sometimes more depending on the project. The workweek is Monday-Friday and occasionally on weekends/nights depending on the need for the company. This position requires work in an office setting but would require some time out on the job site in different types of weather. The location of this position will be listed on an offer letter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
