Job Summary/Basic Function
Answers non-emergency calls for assistance. Enter, update and retrieve information from a variety of computer systems. Receive and process requests for records information. Operate a variety of communications equipment, including radio consoles, telephones and computer systems. Maintain department records.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Some experience required.
