Part-Time Receptionist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- File and organize paperwork as needed
- Provide general administrative support to staff members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a clerical or receptionist role preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
