Part Time Project Manager

Job Overview:

This position is responsible for effectively coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful project execution. Primary focus is collaborating with internal teams to establish project process timelines while ensuring all tasks, deliverables, and project materials are delivered promptly to meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effectively oversee day-to-day operations of project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaison with clients to identify project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive action plans to meet clients? needs as the project evolves.
• Facilitate regular meetings with the technical team to discuss project progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with cross-disciplined team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
• Develop detailed project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Actively monitor and track deliverables and project materials to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and support to the technical team, assisting with any challenges during project execution.
• Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement activities to enhance the integrity of project processes and client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
