What you will do:
- Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation, maintenance, and teardown of jobs.
- Confer with supervisory personnel, customers, and co-workers to discuss and resolve issues.
- Provide pricing estimates to customers for adjustments to resolve issues during the job's execution.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to job sites.
- Direct and supervise workers during the job's installation, maintenance, and teardown.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines and preserve margins.
- Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project.
We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated 3-5 years of project management or coordination experience.
- Preferably experienced with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
- Skilled in managing budgets with an accounting mindset.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Projects.
- Able to travel up to 50 to 75% of the time within North America, possessing excellent communication skills and effective leadership abilities.
