Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part-Time Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team at Dayfoxx Resources The ideal candidate will have some experience in business development within the staffing industry and proficiency in using ZoomInfo.
As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, establishing relationships, and promoting our staffing solutions. This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Outbound Calls to potential clients within the staffing industry to introduce our services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
- Gather information about client needs, challenges, and requirements to tailor our solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Utilize ZoomInfo and other tools to research and identify potential prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and revenue generated.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in cold prospecting — from strategy, to call volume, to consistency, to driving tangible results.
- Proven experience in outbound sales or business development within the staffing industry.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
- Previous experience in the staffing industry is highly desirable.
