Part-Time Office Manager

We are Datarails, a fast-growing SaaS startup in the FP&A space! We're hiring a part-time Office Manager to join us Tuesdays and Thursdays in our midtown Manhattan office.

Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-4:30pm (30-min lunch included) and the role is in person only. No sponsorship or relocation assistance are available for this position.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and coordinate catering (breakfast and lunch Tuesdays, bagels Thursday)
• Handle grocery, pantry, and office supply orders, including swag purchases, from relevant online and local stores.
• Schedule and receive deliveries as-needed in the office and from the building loading dock and building lobby
• Track and manage expense reporting for all items under your purview including updating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets
• Assist in planning office events (happy hours, birthdays, etc).
• Organize inventory and maintain stock of all pantry items, office supplies, grocery items
• Provide a welcoming environment for employees and guests
• Other office-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift over 25lbs in the course of your duties
• Must be able to work in our Midtown Manhattan office Tuesday and Thursday from 8am-4:30pm ET with after-hours work as-needed for events and post-event cleanup
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
