Part Time Night Auditor (Tues & Wed Overnights)

The Residence Inn Portland/Scarborough is looking for a Night Auditor to assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts from the day shift. Night auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts and processes invoices. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.

· Checking guests into the hotel and taking reservations

· Responding to guest complaints, requests and emergencies

· Reconciling accounts

· Balancing the cash drawer and log receipts

· Investigating and resolving out-of-balance accounts

· Preparing for forecasts and audits

This position is for two overnight shifts a week from 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
