SalaryStaybridge Suites in Grandville is currently looking for a part-time night auditor who is able to work 2 nights per week. Front Desk Experience Preferred.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcome guest in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
- Check guests in, issue room keys, provide information on hotel services and room stay.
- Ensure to validate information upon checking in.
- Answer phones in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Sign guest up for membership.
- Light cleaning (dusting, sweeping, straighten up files).
- Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions and/or concerns.
- Record guest preferences within the system.
- Check guest out, including resolving any late or disputed charges.
- Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures.
- Communicate any outstanding guest requests or issues to management that may require additional monitoring or following up.
- Take action to solve guest problems/compliments using appropriate service recovery guidelines.
- Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor or manager on duty.
