```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.
```Duties:```
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel revenue and expenses
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area , lobby and coffee bar
- Ensure the safety and security of guests by following established procedures
-Removing all outside trash
-Coffee bar inventory and coffee machine cleaning
-Finshing laundry and cleaning of laundry room and dryer lent
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel operations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of hospitality management systems (soft hotels and in the prosses of switching to hotel key)
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to provide exceptional guest relations and customer service
