SalarySome of the main job duties of this position include:
- Scribing Complete Chart Notes
- Assisting Providers
- Rooming patients
- Cleaning and stocking rooms
- Administering local anesthesia
- Sterilizing instruments and wrapping surgical packs
- Scheduling surgeries and follow up appointments
- Handling patient phone calls and prescription refills
- Tracking pathology specimens and maintaining log
- Backup reception and phones
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic medical procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry and electronic medical records documentation
Please note that this is a part-time position. The schedule will be determined based on the needs of the healthcare facility.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 27 per week
