Responsibilities Include:
- Lead activities that are fun, engaging, and meaningful to residents
- Utilize your training to redirect and reapproach residents when appropriate
- Encourage residents to participate in daily activities through building trust with them
- Prep and plan activities and programs that engage residents
- Work with community to coordinate concerts, shows, and other events in & outside the home
- Procure, maintain, and organize the equipment used for activities.
- Decorate the facility for special occasions and events within Frontida’s guidelines.
- Host a seasonal activity/event that highlights the holiday or season.
- Monitor and update the home's Facebook page with events, activities, and etc.
- Set up and clean up of all activities.
