This position is responsible for day‐to‐day leasing and office support functions for Woodview Terrace Apartments as well as Carlton Square Apartments. The position is often the public’s first contact with our company and is an example of the company’s reputation for providing superb customer service. This position is in contact with the public and our tenants throughout the leasing, application, and tenancy cycle from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who is able to work 20-25 hours per week, however, there is potential for additional hours.
Essential Functions
- Work with and support staff to meet business and organization goals.
- Respond to phone and email leads to identify an apartment matching a prospect’s criteria.
- Create new prospect files for processing.
- Assist with maintaining stock of Move-In bag items and Move-In bags.
- Prepare move-in packets as needed
- Show apartments as needed.
- Assist with annual file audits, as needed.
- Enter renewal dates and charges or move-out dates when received.
- Collect keys upon move-outs
- Design and organize new ways to connect with Tenants and the community.
