SalaryWe are a boutique residential real estate company located on the Upper East Side looking for a Part-Time Leasing Assistant to join our team. The ideal applicant would have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and an interest in real estate. This position requires 15-20 hours per week. This is NOT a seasonal position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Show apartments to potential tenants
- Schedule apartment showings
- Report feedback from apartment showings
- List apartments on Streeteasy and company website
- Answer the main phone line and respond to email inquiries
- Administrative support to the leasing department in handling rental application process
- Complete other assigned tasks as necessary
REQUIREMENTS
- Flexible availability (Saturday REQUIRED)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to show apartments in residential walk-up buildings
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Some College or equivalent is a plus. Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required.
