Job Summary:
Overview
We are looking for a Key Holder here at Soleply to fulfill the role of managing the employees and customer experience at once. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for leading the sales associate team to their goal via exemplary leadership. One of your main responsibilities is to work the sales floor, you will be expected to understand the role enough to correct any sales mistakes made by the sales associates and encourage them to approach their goals in a more efficient manner. On top of managing the sales floor, you will also manage the people within the store, from scheduling to performance evaluations. With all of these responsibilities, the Key Holder will be the right hand to the Store Manager of the culture for that location and will be directly responsible for the performance of the location.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
● Ensure the location reaches their sales goal through effective and confident leadership.
● Open and Close the store.
● Keep the store organized and clean.
● Create solutions to enhance the performance of the team
● Curate the best experience for every customer that walks in the store.
● Handle customer complaints and concerns that arise at every location.
● Approve in-store/local pickup orders.
● Collect mail per location.
● Communicate with the Store Manager & District Manager for any larger scale store issues that you can’t handle.
● Note what is needed for your location to succeed and pass the notes up the chain of command.
● Manage the money and drawers.
Team Management
● Create and post the schedule on Homebase (Schedule to be completed 14 days in advance)
● Time Off request submitted in Homebase 19 days prior to the exact date needed off.
● Develop and manage a positive work environment and culture
● Constantly move around the store and engage with customers in a positive manner
● Pass along encouraging words with the team daily
● Set the standard as a leader and become a role model for the sales associates
● Provide reports to the Store Manager & District Manager of all performance evaluations as well as all performance analytics to receive feedback
● Diffuse any problems between team members and provide solutions
● Administrate disciplinary actions
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience in any industry, not just in a sales setting.
- Advanced proficiency in customer service and communications
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment
- Possess the ability to identify inefficiencies in sales performance and understand how to effectively improve results
- Comfortable taking on a leadership role and delegating responsibilities to manage a location
- Excel in problem-solving, as there will be situations that require immediate action from a leadership perspective

Salary & Growth Opportunities
● The Key Holder Role Hourly Rate May Vary Due To Stores Annual Volume And Tier Level. This Position Is A Part Time Position
- There are incentive opportunities available based off of a monthly sales goal set for the location.
- 0-25 Hours max weekly (Unless DM Approved To Receive Overtime)
