This is a Service Desk Support where you will take incoming calls, set up equipment for new employees, and tackle a range of exciting IT support activities. Ideal opportunity for students currently studying Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering, allowing you to broaden your knowledge and gain hands-on experience in a customer service support role. Compensation and Work Hours:
* $17.20/hr.
* Part time Evening Hours Mon – Fri from 4-8 or 5-8. Flexibility to train during daytime.
Location Options
Remote, home-based for candidate who has a dedicated office space free from outside noise as you will take incoming support calls.
OR you may work onsite at the Maxor corporate office located downtown Amarillo.
Education: High School Graduation required. Must be enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering program.
Experience: Ideal candidate possesses a strong customer focus, with a basic knowledge of software applications, and aptitude for/desire to learn computer maintenance/repair.
