Part-Time Housekeeper

Here at Renaissance Properties we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and presentation of our Airbnb and Rental properties. As a member of our cleaning team you will be responsible for cleaning, our Airbnb's, rental properties, vacant properties and newly renovated properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas in accordance with established cleanliness standards.
• Change bed linens and towels, and ensure all amenities are replenished for incoming guests.
• Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Perform thorough cleaning between guest stays, including deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Inspect properties for any damages or maintenance issues and report them to the management team.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding scheduling, inventory, and any guest feedback or special requests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow cleaning protocols and instructions.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent customer service to our guests.
