Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items
- Laundry duties , including washing, drying, folding, and sorting linens and towels
- Operate laundry equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Handle guest requests for additional amenities or services in a timely and courteous manner
Skills:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests and respond to their needs
-Previous experience in medical cleaning techniques is a plus
