Casual dining but fast paced restaurant looking for Part time/ full time employees.

Please keep in mind tip is pooled And credit card tip is on paychecks which is bi weekly

you will be training as a packer and cashier and host for at least 3-4 weeks before becoming a server

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments using cash register or POS system (Aloha POS)
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining area
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
- Excellent hospitality skills with a strong focus on guest services
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Knowledge of cash register operations and basic math skills for handling payments
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
