Form of work Parsons at Open Campus, the place for continuing education in Art and Design at The New School, is looking for part-time faculty to teach non-credit courses (on-campus, online and hybrid) in the following areas: Infographics and Data Visualization Design Leadership for Business Business Design for Social Impact Digital Marketing Human Centered Healthcare Designing Online Learning The Skilled Professional Fashion Business Interior Design Graphic and Digital Design Web Design, Web Development, and UX/UI (launching Fall 2019) We are interested in professionals who have versatility and experience working across creative disciplines with knowledge and practice of design thinking, emerging technologies, management strategies, scenario building and innovation in teaching methods. Our goal is to provide the adult student with knowledge of current practices aligned with traditional foundations to prepare them for work in creative industries. The hourly rate for non-credit courses is $74.02 per contact hour, and increases are subject to the local 7902 contract.
