Part-time Direct Care Provider for 32-year-old female

A Milford, NH family is seeking a part-time Direct Care Provider for Nicole, an active 32-year-old woman. Nicole is physically independent, but needs other supports in order to live her best life.

  Nicole\u2019s weekly schedule includes 15 hours

Possible schedule would be, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am to 3. Duties include taking her to the grocery, and other nearby stores. She also enjoys attending activities out in the community, In-home support includes apartment upkeep, help with schooling and some meal prep.

  Pay is $16 per hour, plus some mileage reimbursement

Must be fully up to date on vaccinations 

This position requires a high school degree or equivalent, excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to speak, read and write English. Prior experience working for individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Ability to provide adequate transportation for clients, which includes having access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver\u2019s license and maintaining personal auto insurance.
