SalaryWe are looking for a driver to deliver flowers, plants and gifts across the city safely and timely. The delivery window is flexible but usually in the late morning to early afternoon.
We provide the van and gas.
Responsibilities
- Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
- Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
- Also helps out the store where needed
Skills
- Proven experience as a driver
- A valid driver’s license
- A clean driving record
- A polite and professional attitude
- Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods
- Ability to lift heavy packages
- Availability to work weekend and occasionally night shfits on Saturdays
- Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
Day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Light Truck & Delivery Drivers: 1 year (Preferred)
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
