Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 29 branches throughout the United States. We primarily sell millwork products for our customers to make beautiful things and build happiness. In Rockford, we do business as "River City Millwork."
Position: We are growing and seeking a Delivery Driver! You will deliver mostly millwork, doors and other supplies. This position requires you to physically unload product and engage with our customers.

Your Day-to-Day: to excel in this role, you will need to...

• Use your CDL A license to deliver products to our customers (no HAZMAT required).
• Potentially load and unload your truck, depending on the customer.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Occasionally lift heavy products to unload at customer location.

• History of being a truck driver, Delivery Driver, and especially experience with a Class A CDL.
• Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
• Strong physical stamina - this role requires a lot of physical activity.
• Highly organized and self-motivated - you should be a self-starter who doesn't require constant supervision.
• Experienced driver with a Class A driver's license (CDL A) and medical card
• Able to pass drug test, background, Clearinghouse and motor vehicle pre-employment screen
• Required to pass a driving test.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination as required by the U. S. Department of Transportation
• This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings.
