Form of workPart Time 25 hours a weekThe Donor and Social Media Manager plays an important role in the fundraising and donor stewardship. They are an integral part of campaign operations, maintaining gift organization, as well as developing ways to broaden our donor base. They are responsible for keeping track and ensuring fundraising goals are met.
The position reports directly to the CEO.DonationsMaintain the Salesforce Database to ensure accurate updated and relevant information.Process all gifts from individuals, corporations, foundations, and organizations in a timely manner.Generate gift acknowledgements through email and mail.Coordinate monthly reconciliation with Bookkeeper and provide information for audit requests.Manage organization of campaigns, direct mail marketing and emails through Salesforce.Produce reports and lists for the development committee and all other fundraising initiatives.Create mailing list for direct mail campaigns.Send email marketing.Deposit and track donations from CCS, PayPal, credit cards and checks through the mailAssists in the development of policies, procedures, and practices related to gift entry and acknowledgement.Point of contact for all donor-related queries.GrantsCompile reports and invoices for quarterly town grant requests.Maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet with pantry numbers obtained from the Director of OperationsMaintain up to date spreadsheet for quarterly numbers for each town served.Use of Client Track to get up to date client numbers for town reports.Social MediaCreate relevant and engaging content and copy for Facebook and lnstagram with CEOMonitor campaigns and analyze data obtained.Create graphics for various branded work-related events/buildings such as pantry signs and appreciation events.RequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeMaintain confidentiality in working with donor information.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDesired Skills/ExperienceExperience with CRM system SalesforceSocial Media managementExperience with deposits
