You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Your primary responsibility will be answering phones and handling electronic orders so that we can efficiently service our customers who are anxiously awaiting their orders! 25-30 hours per week with flexibility on the schedule during operating hours of Monday-Friday 8:30a-5p.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Provide customers updates in regards to their order
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Order entry into Microsoft Dynamics
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in Customer Service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent ability to work on your own and with a group with extreme responsibility
