At The Bin Spot, we are looking for enthusiastic and talented Customer Service Associates to join our team. Applicants must possess experience and great Customer Service skills. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. This includes welcoming and greeting customers, assisting with their purchases, providing product information, ensuring product availability, and resolving customer complaints.
Job duties will include but are not limited to:
Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their purchases.
Provide product information to customers and assist with product selection
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to be able to answer customer questions.
Assist with the merchandising of products on the sales floor to ensure an attractive and organized display.
Restock the store daily when needed.
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available for customer purchase.
Address customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Operate and balance cash registers and credit card machines.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment
This position will require working all weekends. Applicants must be able to work all Saturdays and Sundays.
** This position will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Applicants must be able to stand for 6-9 hours per day ** This position will require a video interview - applicants must be able to log in remotely for a video call to be considered **
