Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Associate that has an outgoing personality, is easy to talk to, and enjoys helping customers on their firearm journey.
Position Summary:
Customer Service Associates are the front line of the shop and range. They guide customers through their firearms journey and assist them on and off the range. Customer Service Associate's most important duty is making sure customers feel welcome in the shop at all times.
Essential Functions
- Assisting customers.
- Recommending membership, classes, and/or product that fits customer's needs.
- Keeping the shop and products clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
