- Meets and greets all team members/guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Exudes exemplary customer service and consistently maintains a positive attitude
- Responsible for escorting guests who require assistance throughout the Opry plaza
- Ensures the golf cart is properly attended to, stored, cleaned, and charged
- Maintains current knowledge of operational hours, security, and facility grounds
- Adheres to all workplace safety requirements at all times
- Assists in providing breaks for Facility Host staff as needed
- Reports any concerns or maintenance items to Management
- Provides world class service and hospitality utilizing the Ryman Hospitality Properties Service Basic tools
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience
6 months experience in a customer service role
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong communication skills, demonstrated team player, self starter
Licenses / Certifications
Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record required
