SalaryOverview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of the court system. This is a part-time position that requires strong administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Court Clerk with multiply tasks that include:
- Maintain and handle traffic tickets, prepare court calendar, enter court disposition and electronically transmit to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
- Respond to inquiries- in person, by phone, by email and by mail. Effectively communicate information orally and in writing. Retrieve and file materials. Enter information into the courtroom program and assist the Court Clerk during court proceedings.
- Candidate will also assist the Court Clerk with Criminal matters on an as needed basis.
- Computer skills are required. Knowledge of basic legal terminology, codes and abbreviations preferred. Must be present to assist on court nights. All court matters and information are to be kept confidential unless otherwise ordered by the court.

Expected hours: 19.5 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Orchard Park, NY 14127: Relocate before starting work (Required)
