Job Description
Associate Perks

Essential Functions
- Execute daily prep lists
- Assist in opening and closing duties daily
- Adhere to kitchen cleanliness guidelines
- Maintain food safety and health standards
- Chop vegetables
- Prepare meats
- Make sauces
- Follow Argyle Events and Sporting Kansas City policies and procedures

- Be able to interact with fellow associates in a friendly, professional manner
- Capable of working in a high-volume environment with calm, collected attitude
- Proficient in multi-tasking while maintaining safe food handling
- Strong teamwork attitude

Skills and Experience
- 1 year experience in high volume kitchen preferred
- Experience and knowledge of high-volume production cooking
- Must be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule
- Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
