We are looking for an organized and experienced individual to lead our Part-time Cleaning Team as a Manager. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in our facilities, ensuring a positive environment for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the cleaning staff and ensure all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement a cleaning schedule and ensure adherence to it.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance and support.
- Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training in facility management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a cleaning supervisor or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must Have a valid Drive Licenses
Work Environment:
- Part-time position, 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Workdays: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Pay rate: $20 per hour (No Commission)
- Additional work opportunities available at $11 per hour or commission.
