```Duties```
- Set up the breakfast area before guests arrive, ensuring all food and beverage stations are fully stocked and clean.
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests they may have.
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, juice, pastries, and hot food items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout the shift.
- Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in guest services or restaurant industry preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to handle knives and other kitchen tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus.
- Experience in catering or culinary field is a bonus.
