Part Time Bookkeeper

National Polytechnic College has an immediate opening in our Lakewood location for a highly motivated, results-oriented bookkeeper to work at our Lakewood, CA campus. This position will be responsible for assisting our fiscal department in daily financial duties.

Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains student and vendor accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
• Balances accounts by reconciling entries.
• Maintains historical records by filing documents.
• Complete accounts payable and receivable duties as defined by departmental needs
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience with QuickBooks (import/export) a plus
• Experience in the college/school sector a plus

Job Type: Part-time/Flexible Hours

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift/Flexible Hours
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
