SalaryWe are looking for a gas and diesel billing clerk to generate daily invoices and correspond with customers regarding payments. This job starts out as part-time with consideration for full time based on quality of performance and increase scope of duties.
To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to check your work.
If you are a social butterfly, this role will not be a fit for you. We stay busy from the time we start until the time we leave. The work week goes by really fast for us.
Billing Task. Creating invoices via QuickBooks Desktop and issuing invoices to customers via email. Send proof of deliveries to all customers receiving an invoice.
Accounts Receivables. Following up on outstanding payments and resolving inconsistencies.
Group Shared Tools. Maintain and handle a group Microsoft Outlook e-mail box. Maintain group spreadsheets.
Other tasks as assigned by manager.
Experience. No previous experience is required; however, Ability to work efficiently under pressure with restricted deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
