We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. This person will assist with daily scheduling of property showings, driving from one property to another and opening units for people to tour. Must be punctual, personable and like working with people.
```Responsibilities:```
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Drive around to different properties spread accross LA.
- Process rental applications.
- Perform data entry .
- Provide phone coverage and handle inquiries professionally
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
```Requirements:```
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
