We are currently looking for an experienced Arabic instructor to teach online group and individual classes for adults and children. This position is part-time and offered on a contract basis. As an instructor, you will play a crucial role in developing your own Arabic program, conducting classes, and assessing student progress.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and design a comprehensive Arabic program that meets the needs of both children and adults.
- Deliver engaging and effective online classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.
- Foster a positive and collaborative learning environment, encouraging student participation and cultural understanding.
- Maintain open and effective communication with the program director, providing regular updates on class progress and student performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Arabic or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Arabic to both children and adults.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students of varying ages and backgrounds.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, late afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings for teaching classes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ensuring prompt email communication and adherence to deadlines.
