Job description
Thank you for your interest in that maintenance position, here is a basic description of what the job entails.

I am looking for someone who can do maintenance on our property.
The basic duties include:
- Maintaining landscaping
- Servicing and repairing HVAC systems
- Performing pest control
- Cleaning or painting common areas
- ALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED If available.
All tasks generally take around 1.5-2 hours to complete.
The pay may vary depending on the maintenance done and size of the property, and is paid via direct deposit within 7-10 business days.
Please note due to the nature of Airbnb short term rentals there may be several checkouts in a week, or none at all that may affect the maintenance or the guests currently staying. But on average there are around 10-20 reservations a month ranging 1 to 5 days.
