Part-Time Afternoon Receptionist

Small yet busy animal hospital looking for reliable permanent part-time receptionist. Hours needed are Monday 2-7, Tuesday 2-6, Wed 2-6, Thursday 2-7 Friday 2-6 and every other Saturdays from 8-12. (22-26 total hours weekly) Must be comfortable working with cats and dogs that can sometimes be aggressive. Responsibilities include: Answering multi line calls, scheduling appointment, surgeries, grooming, and boarding. Keeping front office and exam rooms clean at all times. Checking in and out clients in a timely manner. Must be able to work all days and times listed, please do not apply if you cannot. Also because holidays are our busiest times you cannot request off the weeks of all major holidays.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 26 per week
