We are looking for an outgoing, reliable and energetic professional to join our team as a part-time bookkeeper. The successful candidate will do bank reconcilations, receivables, and some accounts payables. Will also be required to update employees files when needed.
We're looking for an individual with strong math background, and excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to effectively contact clients regarding their overdue bills/ some collections skill if needed.
Responsibilities:
- Do Bank reconcilations.
- Handle all Accounts Receivables and some accounts payables for the company.
- Do Some invoices using QuickBooks.
- Speak with clients and discuss past due bills.
- Update and maintain employees employment records.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
