Part Coordinator (Mechanic Helper)

Responsibilities of the position include:

• Complete necessary training modules with Supervisor
• Prep Drivetrain parts (we will train)
• Pull/stock or help with part prep, moving or recording
• Dismantle wheels and tires
• Help Dismantlers (mechanics) with preparation
• Build necessary pallets for dismantlers (we will train)
• Print, read, record necessary data (we will train)
• Comply with Inventory/Yard operations manual
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and other department heads contributing to a positive team environment

Required skills and qualifications:

• Salvage yard experience is a plus!
• Excellent dependability
• Excellent attention to detail
• Team player with professional communication skills
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM (1 hour lunch)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
