Pullman Yards is the premier destination for entertainment in the South. The historic property has been home to film projects, tv shoots and immersive experiences. Pullman Yards is also host to two on-site restaurants and Emory’s Science Center.
Duties:
- Guide guests to open parking spaces
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.
- Monitor the number of cars that enter and exit the lot
- Proactively determine when lots are full
- Re-direct vehicles when the lot is full
- Assist customers by providing directions and answering questions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership or similar parking setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers
- Flexibility to work varying schedules and shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
