Position Overview: Ensures that an appropriate number of cars are kept on location throughout the shift and are being parked correctly and the lot is kept clean and presentable.
Essential Job Functions:
- Courteously assist customers by answering any questions they may have.
- Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
- Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the supervisor or site manager.
- Communicate any safety issues regarding debris, water, oil spills etc. directly to the site manager or supervisor.
- Have a good knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the lot.
- Assist Supervisor or Site Manager with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Superb customer service and communication skills.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to sit and/or stand at a designated station for extended periods of time, ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, kneel, crouch, twist push/pull items, devices, etc. during the course of scheduled working hours.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to position or remove barricades in order to close or open parking areas.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.78 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
