SUMMARY
Provides personalized services and assists in locating parking spots for all resort guests by performing the following duties.

DUTIES
include the following (other duties may be assigned):

Provides guest with information regarding local restaurants, shopping and attractions, directions (traces routes on maps), local religious service schedules and locations, golf courses, sporting events, and child/pet care

Assists guest with special requests for services such as handicapped parking and luggage assistance.

Resolves minor guest complaints to the guest satisfaction; makes supervisor aware of major guest complaints.

Ensure guests that only registered owners and guests have use of the parking lots.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have a valid driver's license

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work outside.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
