SalaryThis position is for paraprofessionals to support and assist the implementation of specialized instruction for student diagnosed with Autism. The Paraprofessional Specialist will be assigned to a classroom, working with a classroom teacher and other Paraprofessional Specialists. Roles and responsibilities may include, but not limited to data collection, activities of daily living, discrete trial training, monitoring and supervising students during independent work, de-escalation of problem behaviors per a behavior plan, following schedules of reinforcement and modeling functional communication. The applicant will receive on-the-job training daily to support the implementation of such tasks. The SES Annex is seeking people with a positive outlook, who believe in being part of a school community.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.69 - $30.90 per hour
