Job Responsibilities:
- Support Honeywell business unit's General Counsel, Senior Attorney Manager, Compliance Specialist, technical teams, and the Law & Contracts team to support their efforts to manage contracts, build and implement a compliance program, and build and maintain the business unit's intellectual property (IP) portfolio.
- Provide paralegal and administrative support to the business unit's contracts close out process, corporate patent/ IP portfolio, non-disclosure agreement process, and information management needs.
- Conduct research and writing on legal questions, as appropriate, under the direction of an attorney.
- Prepare draft agreements, instruments, documents and pleadings relating to litigation and non-litigation matters.
- Assist the Law & Contracts team with contract administration (inception to close out), including reconciliation of final rates and billings.
- Work closely with the business unit's leadership and client groups, as well as other Law & Contracts team members, to ensure compliance with established standards, procedures and objectives.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices to enable productivity improvement and cost reduction.

U.S. Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain government security clearance
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience of Paralegal, Legal Admin, and/or Compliance functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
