We are a small, very busy law firm located in the City of Snohomish looking for a qualified, energetic and competent paralegal. You must be detail oriented, have pride in your work product and prioritize client service.
Litigation paralegal
The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years recent Washington State litigation experience and have a working knowledge of the court procedures for King and Snohomish county. Working knowledge and experience in TEDRA actions a plus. You need to be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. The ability to multi task while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skill is a critical element to this position. You will be the litigation paralegal for more than one attorney. On the litigation side of the practice we deal primarily with real estate, business and probate ( TEDRA) litigation. Boundary line disputes, construction contract issues, purchase and sale disputes, landlord tenant issues and probate matters make up the majority of the litigation. You will handle the full range of litigation matters from client intake to trial, drafting pleadings, communication with clients, court and opposing attorneys.
