Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Titusville, NJ is currently looking for a Paralegal IV to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Paralegal IV / Pharma Copy Review / Contract-to-Perm
Duration: 3 months contract, extendable up to 24 months
Location: Titusville, NJ

The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
We are looking to engage a contract paralegal to provide legal review of Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS) patient support program content as part of our copy approval process for assets that will be shared with consumers/patients and customers/healthcare professionals.
Seeking paralegal with the following qualifications:
Experience with the pharma promotional review process and using iMR/Veeva (or similar system)
Knowledgeable about patient support programs and regulations governing them would certainly be a plus, but not required
Fast learner, detail-oriented and able to handle heavy workload while meeting short turnaround timelines
WHAT WOULD YOU CONSIDER TO BE THE TOP 3, NON-NEGOTIABLE SKILLS THAT YOU WILL BE LOOKING FOR HEN REVIEWING CANDIDATE RESUMES?
prior copy review experience or pharma/regulatory experience; ability to work with strong personalities and manage conflict; fast learner with strong attention to detail and ability to handle heavy workload while meeting tight deadlines
WHAT WOULD YOU CONSIDER TO BE AN IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND FOR THIS POSITION?
Ideally, prior pharma copy review experience and knowledge of regulations governing patient support programs
CAN THE ROLE OPERATE FULLY REMOTE, OR WILL THERE BE ONSITE REQUIREMENTS?
There is potential for role to become permanent if placement goes well, so while remote is okay, onsite would be required if eventually hired as employee. Preference for someone who can/will come onsite as needed.
