Position Overview:
Supervises employees engaged in preparing and producing food for airlines and concessions. Maintains cleanliness of food production work areas and equipment. Trains employees in the performance of their respective duties. Assigns and coordinates labor to promote efficiency of operations. Supervises the preparation of foodstuffs and other specified elements of customer menus. Inspects assigned area, utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are in compliance with both customer and HACCP regulations. Maintains records pertaining to productivity, storage temperatures, employee schedules, and other relevant departmental data. Makes requisitions and inspects food materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain appropriate stock levels and to meet both quantity and quality standards. Shares responsibility for maintaining departmental discipline relative to established policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Servsafe management certification required
2. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
3. Flexible schedule
4. Food industry experience preferred (in-flight catering)
5. Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour
