Responsibilities: - Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing any damage - Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results - Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers - Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas - Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment - Follow safety guidelines and use proper protective equipment Skills: - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating paint quantities - Knowledge of remodeling and frame carpentry techniques - Maintenance Person skills for minor repairs and preparation work - Experience with concrete finishing for specialized painting projects - Ability to renovate and build structures as needed - Familiarity with construction estimating to determine material needs and costs - Proficiency in plastering techniques for wall repairs and smoothing surfaces - Blueprint reading skills to understand project specifications Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $60.00 per week
